These terms govern your use of our family football competition platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Last Man Standing Family platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Last Man Standing Family provides a private, invite-only platform for family members to participate in football prediction competitions including Premier League and UEFA Champions League Last Man Standing competitions.
3. User Eligibility
Family-Only Platform
- Access is restricted to invited family members only
- You must be at least 13 years old to participate
- Users under 18 require parental permission
- One account per person - multiple accounts are not allowed

5. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose
- Respect other users and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
6. Prohibited Activities
The Following Are Prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
- Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Using the platform for commercial purposes
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
The Last Man Standing Family platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by the platform operators. Users retain ownership of their personal predictions and contributions, but grant us a license to use this content for platform operation.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also request account deletion at any time. Upon termination:
- Access to the platform will be revoked
- Account data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- Competition history may be preserved for family records
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Group Payment & Fund Management by Designated Leader
Designation of Group Leader / Manager
If a group of Users (a "Group") agrees to pool contributions or payments (e.g. entry fees, prize pool, or other funds) and appoints one member (the "Group Leader") to manage those funds, then the following terms apply.
Obligation to Transfer Funds
Each participating User must transfer their share of the funds to the Group Leader by the deadline agreed by the Group. The transfer method (bank transfer, electronic payment, etc.) must be clearly specified in advance.
Fiduciary Duty & Trust
The Group Leader acts in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the pooled funds and must act in good faith, in the best interests of the Group, handling the funds honestly, transparently, and responsibly.
Use of Funds
- Authorized Use: The Group Leader may use the pooled funds only for the purpose(s) expressly agreed upon by the Group (e.g. paying entry fees, distributing prizes, covering administrative expenses).
- Additional Use: Any other use of the funds must be approved in writing by all contributing Users.
Accounting & Transparency
The Group Leader must maintain clear records of all fund transactions (incoming contributions, outgoing payments, balances). Upon request, the Group Leader shall provide an accounting statement to any Group member.
Reconciliation & Return of Surplus / Shortfall
- Reconciliation: At the conclusion of the relevant session, competition, or event, the Group Leader shall reconcile all expenses and returns.
- Surplus: Any surplus remaining funds must be returned to the contributing Users (in proportion to their original contributions), unless the Group has previously agreed to retain a portion or carry over the funds.
- Shortfall: If there is a shortfall (i.e. costs exceed pooled funds), the Group Leader may request additional contributions from Users or adjust distributions in a manner agreed in advance by the Group.
Liability & Remedies
- Mismanagement: If a Group Leader mismanages funds or acts in bad faith (including misappropriation, failure to provide accounting, or unauthorized use), the affected Users may seek recovery of funds and damages.
- Platform Limitation: The platform (Last Man Standing) is not responsible or liable for disputes arising within Groups or misuse of Group funds by a Group Leader.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes among Users with respect to pooled funds shall be resolved by mediation or other procedures established by the Terms (or the governing law), and such disputes do not give Users a claim against the platform itself.
Limitation on Platform's Role
The platform is merely a facilitator and does not act as escrow, trustee, or financial custodian for pooled funds. The responsibility for collecting, managing, reconciling, and distributing pooled funds lies solely with the Group and its designated Leader.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved through family mediation first, with legal action as a last resort.
